How long does ZeengoCorp take to respond?
All emails receive a response within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST). Enterprise Dial Master partners get a 4-hour SLA.
Can you recover my NoteVault vault password?
No — by design. NoteVault uses zero-knowledge AES-256-GCM encryption. Only your recovery code (saved at setup) can restore access. This is a security feature.
Where do I report a security vulnerability?
Email contact@zeengocorp.com with subject "Security — Responsible Disclosure". We acknowledge within 48 hours and patch critical issues within 7 business days.
Does Dial Master work outside India?
Yes. Dial Master uses SIM-native calling, so it works in any country where your SIM card has an active plan. Enterprise teams in UAE, UK, and Southeast Asia are actively using it.
Is NoteVault available for iOS?
Not currently. NoteVault is Android-only (API 21+). An iOS version is on the long-term roadmap. You can email us to register interest.
How do I cancel my Dial Master or NoteVault subscription?
Both subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel. You retain access until the billing period ends.
