  • Dial Master: Your contact lists, calling history, lead pipeline data, and disposition notes are stored locally on your Android device. This data is not uploaded to ZeengoCorp servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features (where available).
  • NoteVault: Your encrypted notes are stored locally on your device using device-level encryption. ZeengoCorp does not have access to your encryption keys and cannot read, decrypt, or recover your note contents. This is by design — not a limitation.

We do not aggregate, sell, or share your personal business contacts, call records, or note contents with third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. This is a non-negotiable architectural decision.

12. Product-Specific Privacy Details

12.1 Dial Master

  • Permissions: Dial Master requests phone, contacts, and storage permissions to enable SIM-native auto-dialing and lead management. These permissions are used solely for the stated app functionality.
  • Call data: All call logs, contact data, and disposition notes are stored locally on your device. We do not upload call recordings or contact lists to our servers.
  • Gamification data: Coin balances and leaderboard positions may be stored server-side for team features. This data does not include personally identifiable call content.

12.2 NoteVault

  • Zero-knowledge architecture: NoteVault encrypts notes on your device before storage. We do not have access to your encryption keys and cannot decrypt your notes.
  • Data loss warning: If you lose your device or forget your encryption credentials, ZeengoCorp cannot recover your encrypted data. This is an intentional privacy feature, not a limitation.
  • Premium features: NoteVault Premium subscription status is managed through Google Play. We receive only subscription status information, not payment card details.

  • Contact forms: Information submitted via the contact page is stored in our CRM for communication purposes and retained for 24 months.
