What is this role, exactly?
This is a founding-team engineer position at Dial Master — a live, growing mobile auto-dialer CRM. You will be the primary technical builder for the next generation: AI workspace architecture, Flutter mobile app, and AI agent integrations that multiply user productivity.
Mobile CRM in Flutter
Build the Android-native auto-dialer CRM app. SIM-native calling, lead pipeline, gamified dashboard. The mobile product is core — not a side feature.
Workspace Architecture
Design and ship the workspace system: solo entrepreneur, small team, and enterprise tiers — each with different permissions, billing, and AI access levels.
AI Agent Integration
Build AI agents that multiply sales rep productivity — lead scoring, auto-suggested follow-ups, call outcome prediction, intelligent pipeline management.
What will you build in the first 90 days?
The first 90 days are about architecture and first AI features — not endless planning. You will own the technical direction of Dial Master's AI expansion from day one.
Architecture + AI Stack
Audit the current Flutter app. Design the AI workspace architecture. Set up LLM API integrations. Ship first AI feature — even if small.
Workspace System
Build the multi-tier workspace: solo plan, team plan, enterprise. Role-based permissions. Billing integration. Feature flags per tier.
First AI Agent in Production
Ship the first AI agent to production users. Could be lead scoring, follow-up suggestion, call summary, or pipeline nudge. Real users, real feedback.

Access to Claude Pro, GPT-4, Cursor, and any other AI tools you need to build fast. The company pays for your AI development stack.
Remote-first, India
